Our logistics framework is designed to ensure that the molecular integrity of your matcha is preserved from our archive to your doorstep. Every order is dispatched in our light-protected "Silver Vault" tins to shield the delicate first-spring harvest from environmental degradation.

1. Dispatch & Processing

  • Internal Protocol: Orders are processed and dispatched within 24–48 hours (Monday–Friday).

  • Batch Verification: Each shipment is cross-referenced with our current production batch (e.g., E01-100) to ensure you receive the freshest grind available.

2. UK Domestic Shipping

  • Standard Courier: Delivery typically arrives within 2–4 business days via tracked service.

  • Express Protocol: Next-day delivery options are available for those requiring immediate cognitive clarity.

  • Tracking: A unique tracking number will be issued via email (ritual@rokura.co.uk) once your order leaves our facility.

3. International Shipping

  • Global Access: We ship worldwide to ensure the ROKURA ritual is accessible regardless of geography.

  • Customs & Duties: For international orders, customers are responsible for any local import duties or taxes. Please note that as a Product of China, your local customs may have specific clearance protocols for high-grade tea imports.

  • Transit Times: International delivery typically spans 7–14 business days depending on the destination.

4. Packaging & Preservation

  • All tins are securely packed to prevent physical damage. While we no longer utilize nitrogen-sealing in our current fulfillment cycle, our airtight Silver Vault tins and secondary outer packaging provide a robust barrier against oxygen and light.
